I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location allowed easy access to the marina and garibaldi place. cleaning staff maintained the rooms very well each day. I appreciated their work and attention to detail.
the a/c was not effective at cooling the room, and i had to open the window.

the location was very central, i liked that it was close to square garibaldi! the tram stop was also very convenient. friendly staff were a plus, they were always ready to help.
the rooms were too small, i felt really cramped. there was also a huge building site opposite the hotel, so hammering and drilling started early. it was really disturbing.

The location was convenient for walking to the marina. The staff was friendly and very helpful . The cleaning staff kept the rooms clean every day and did an excellent job.
The air conditioning did not cool down the room effectively. I kept the temperature low for hours. I ended up opening the window, which unfortunately let mosquitoes inside. The rooms were tiny. There was not much space for luggage or working.

i found the staff very friendly. the room was super clean, a great plus. the air conditioning worked so well. the hotel location was excellent, very central to everything i wanted.
i noted a small amount of noise came from outside.
